Anijj is short version of “Anijjung”, which means Uncertainty. This Vision Fund starts as a personal, closed investment fund designed around long-term ownership, disciplined capital allocation, and responsible stewardship.
Its investment philosophy is inspired by Warren Buffett’s principles: investing in understandable businesses, seeking durable competitive advantages, evaluating management quality, maintaining a margin of safety, and allowing exceptional companies to compound over time. However, the fund is global in scope and is not limited to the United States or to publicly listed companies.
The portfolio may combine:
- High-quality public companies with long-term compounding potential
- Global investment opportunities across countries and industries
- Special situations arising from market dislocations
- Angel and private investments in promising founders and emerging businesses
- Cash and liquid reserves maintained for resilience and future opportunities

Unlike a conventional investment fund, Anijj Vision Fund is being developed first as a personal capital-allocation system. It does not currently accept outside capital or offer tokens to the public.
Future Prospects
The fund will use tokenization to represent economic ownership, improve transparency, record changes in ownership, and support long-term governance. During its initial stage, any tokenized units would function as an internal representation of the fund’s net asset value rather than as a speculative cryptocurrency.
The long-term vision is to build a credible investment track record before gradually transferring portions of the fund’s economic ownership after an extended lock-up period. We will eventually retain a minority economic interest while preserving sufficient voting power to protect the fund’s mission, investment philosophy, and long-term direction.
Ultimately, Anijj Vision Fund is intended to become an enduring pool of productive capital that can be transferred to a foundation, nonprofit organization, or other mission-driven institution. Its purpose is not simply to accumulate wealth, but to preserve and compound capital so that it can continue supporting meaningful projects, future generations, and the long-term interests of society.
